Outlook for 2001: Vlad comes to the Iguanas as a much heralded transer. He compiled a 22-11 record at Div-I WVU and won a state title in high school at Chapel Hill (N.C.). Vlad  will play  #1 singles and will team with Beard this year in doubles. Vlad is known for his huge serve and his backhand.
